So I was going through Khanyi Mbau's profile on twitter (don't ask, lol) and stumbled across some pics she tweeted. I never knew the girl had style, I mean don't get me wrong I always see her red carpet outfits but they are always too 'bling' (except for the impeccable suit she wore at the 2011 SAMA awards), the outfits she puts together on a day to day basis however, tell a different story...

I am so excited that an African won the Miss Universe pageant this year. People have different opinions on pageants but Im just glad that the perception of beauty is no longer based on European looks and figures. Leila Lopes is a 25 year old former model and student who grew up in the UK and is also currently studying there. She represented Angola at this year's Miss Universe.
